NZ Natural Cash Caps Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to participate & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Entry is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Participation is open to residents of New Zealand ("Eligible Participant"). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter's associated companies, the Promoter's agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.
3. The "Promotion Period" starts on Monday 28 November 2011 and ends on Wednesday 29 February 2012.
4. To participate in the promotion and have a chance to win an instant prize, it is necessary to purchase a specially marked promotional 6-pack of 1.5L NZ Natural Still Pure Water bottles ("an Eligible Purchase").
5. There are a total of 501 instant prizes to be won consisting of 500 second prizes of $10.00 (ten dollars) cash and 1 first prize of $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) cash. The prize pool totals $6,000.00 (six thousand New Zealand dollars). All prizes are inclusive of GST.
6. All prizes are hidden under random selected promotional NZ Natural bottle caps in sealed secret "cash cap" compartments.
7. Second prize bottles hide real $10.00 notes inside hence are instantly redeemed upon discovery.
8. The first prize bottle hides a $1,000.00 prize voucher inside with prize claim instructions printed on it. An Eligible Participant who purchases the bottle with the first prize voucher hidden inside must follow the "how to claim" instructions. These will include a toll free number to call in order to receive their cash prize. The first prize winner will be paid by cheque.
9. The first prize must be claimed by no later than 5.00pm on Tuesday 31 July 2012, after which time it will be forfeited and become null and void. The first prize voucher will be invalid and voided if it is lost, stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way or it fails the Promoter's validation test.
10. The first prizewinner's name and photograph may be used for publicity purposes and the first prize winner agrees to make him/herself reasonably available for this purpose (without compensation).
11. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to ask the first prize winner to provide proof of age and identity in order to claim their prize. In the event that the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on their behalf.
13. Prizes are non-transferable.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all prize claims and reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or participants or group of participants for tampering with the prize claim process, including but not limited to fraudulently claiming a prize, or participating when not having made an Eligible Purchase, or submitting a prize claim that is not otherwise in accordance with these terms and conditions.
15. Prize values are correct at time of printing; no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of prizes.
16. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. All prize claims become the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Frucor Beverages Ltd Privacy Policy, which can be accessed by visiting http://www.frucor.com
18. The first prize will only be delivered in New Zealand and the first prize winner should allow 28 days to receive their prize from the Promoter's validation of the first prize claim.
