I started at Frucor as a Sales and Marketing Graduate in 2008. As a grad I worked in the Sales, Marketing and Commercial Insights teams.
Since completing the graduate role, I have settled into a position in the marketing team, working on the V Energy brand which is great as you have the opportunity to gain broad experience across all facets of marketing such as NPD, communications and sponsorship activation.
What would you say sets Frucor apart from other organisations?
Frucor's culture and its people are what truly sets Frucor apart from other organisations. Whilst Frucor continues to grow, our emphasis on using inter-departmental teams on projects helps to build relationships throughout the business, creating a united workforce with similar objectives.
Frucor also has fantastic people focussed programs such as the ‘Managers Induction' which provided me with a different perspective of myself and how I can have impact on the business and its people. It was also a great opportunity to meet and work with people from different areas of the business, both in Australia and New Zealand.
