Tell us about your role at Frucor
I started as a Product Development Technologist in 2009. I work on the creation of Frucor's new products, starting with just an idea and working through to a finished product for our consumers to enjoy.
The first drink I created from scratch was the Mizone Isopower range. It's the best feeling in the world when I see people buying and drinking a product I have created!
At Frucor when we work on a new product there are people from each department working together on the project. We work as one team to ensure that everything runs according to the project timeline.
What makes Frucor different?
I really like and appreciate how Frucor puts a lot of effort into developing its people. The Frontiers Quest programme (Frucor's development programme) that I attended last year was excellent and something I have never done before at other companies I have worked for.
